Cellfood Original Concentrate: How to Use, Store, and What to Know

Simple by Design

Cellfood Original Concentrate has been formulated as a food concentrate — something intended to be added to water and consumed as part of a daily routine. There is no complicated protocol, no preparation required, and no equipment needed beyond a glass of water.

That simplicity is intentional. Everett Storey's original vision was for a concentrate that could be used consistently, without friction, by anyone. More than 55 years later, the usage instructions remain essentially unchanged.

Serving Suggestion

The serving suggestion for Cellfood Original Concentrate is 8 drops in 250ml (approximately one cup) of purified water, taken three times daily. It may be taken with or without meals.

The drops are added directly to the water and stirred briefly before drinking. The concentrate is clear and has a mild, slightly tart taste — a characteristic of its mineral and trace element composition.

Drops may also be added to a water bottle and sipped throughout the day, or added to juice. Do not add to hot beverages.

First-time users: Start with 2–5 drops, three times daily, and increase gradually to the suggested amount.

Always read the label. Use only as directed.

What to Mix It With

Purified or filtered still water is the recommended medium for Cellfood. It is the simplest option and allows the concentrate to disperse evenly.

Cellfood can also be added to juice or other non-carbonated beverages if preferred. Carbonated water is not recommended, as the effervescence can interfere with the concentrate's stability in the liquid.

Cellfood should not be mixed with chlorinated tap water where possible, as chlorine is an oxidising agent. Purified or filtered still water is the preferred choice.

When to Take It

Cellfood can be taken at any time of day. Many people find it easiest to build a consistent habit by taking it at the same time each day — first thing in the morning, before meals, or at a time that fits naturally into an existing routine.

If taking it three times daily, spacing the servings evenly through the day — morning, midday, and evening — is a straightforward approach.

Cellfood also fits easily into an active lifestyle. Simply add your regular serving to your water bottle and take as usual — before, during, or after exercise. Cellfood is made from naturally sourced ingredients and is a general food product, not a formulated supplementary sports food.

Consistency matters more than timing. A daily habit maintained over weeks and months is more meaningful than an irregular one.

Everyday, Long-Term Use

Cellfood is a food designed for everyday, long-term use. Each day your body naturally rebuilds and renews — Cellfood provides a source of trace minerals and micronutrients to complement your daily diet. Most users incorporate it into their daily routine as part of a balanced diet.

Cellfood is not intended to be used as a sole source of nutrition.

Storage and Shelf Life

Cellfood can be stored at room temperature, ideally below 30°C, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required, making it convenient for travel or everyday bench-top use.

Please handle with care when pouring. As a concentrate containing plant-based ingredients, Cellfood may discolour some surfaces, countertops, or fabrics.

For best quality, use by the best before date printed on the bottle.

Packaging and Supply

Cellfood Original Concentrate comes in a 30ml BPA-free bottle. One bottle makes approximately 22 litres of prepared product — providing a 30+ day supply when used as suggested at 24 drops daily.

A Note on the Concentrate

Cellfood is a concentrated food formula. It is not a flavoured supplement or a drink in its own right — it is designed to be diluted in water before consumption. It should always be taken diluted and is not suitable for direct consumption.

Cellfood is intended for oral consumption only — not for topical use, near eyes, or undiluted. Always dilute in at least 250ml of water per serve.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or considering use for a child, please seek advice from your healthcare professional before use. Cellfood is not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

Always read the label and follow the directions provided with the product.
